Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Orders under $149.00: Standard shipping — $9.99 USD
Orders $149.00 and above: Free standard shipping
Shipping Time & Delivery Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days to deliver within the US. Remote areas may take up to 18 business days due to logistics arrangements.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most states in the United States. PO boxes and military addresses may have limited delivery availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status online in real time.

Delivery Note

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Undelivered & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping fees.
