We accept refund requests within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original factory packaging with all accessories intact. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You can schedule up to 1–99 meals per day via the app. Each meal can be set to 1–6 portions, with each portion equal to approximately 8g of dry food. This gives you full flexibility to tailor your pet's diet to their specific needs.
