We stand behind the quality of our smart pet feeder and are committed to delivering a satisfying shopping experience for every customer.
Eligibility for Refund
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original factory packaging with all accessories intact.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or user negligence.
- Normal wear and tear from daily use.
- Technical issues caused by unstable Wi-Fi network, power failure, or incompatible third-party devices.
- Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged & Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective pet feeder upon arrival, please contact our support with photo/video proof within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
